HOW WE COLLECT AND STORE YOUR DATA

If you have bought a ticket, made a donation, enrolled in a program, or joined our mailing list, we may store whatever information you provided to us as a record in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. This information will consist of any personal contact information you have provided in aforementioned transactions, as well as transaction history. We DO NOT store sensitive data such as social security or credit cards numbers. Your ticket buying history and contact information is also stored at the Civic Auditorium Box Office, within their CRM database. Online donation transactions are securely stored through our third-party system.

YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR DATA

You are the ultimate right-holder over your own personal data. You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
